Driving Lesson FAQs & Orange County Pickup

Find answers about driving lessons, packages, payment and pickup throughout Orange County. For help choosing your next step, call (844) 633-5353.

How long is a driving lesson?

Each driving lesson is two hours. Packages include 3 lessons (6 hours), 5 lessons (10 hours) or 10 lessons (20 hours). Compare driving lesson packages to choose the option that fits your goals.

How do I check lesson and pickup availability?

Send a short lesson availability request with your name, phone number and pickup city. We will contact you to discuss your needs and scheduling. Complete enrollment before booking your lesson; submitting a request alone does not reserve a time.

Do I need to pay online?

No. Submit your driving-lesson enrollment first and pay at pickup before instruction. Enroll in Online Driver’s Ed or Traffic School through our online-course links.

Does enrollment reserve my lesson time?

No. Submitting enrollment does not confirm an appointment or create a payment obligation. Enrollment records your information and selected package. Confirm scheduling and pickup details separately with the school.

Which areas do you serve?

We offer driving lessons and student pickup throughout Orange County. Send your pickup city with your availability request. We will confirm the pickup location and lesson time with you before your appointment.

Can adults and returning drivers take lessons?

Yes. Our lessons are for teens, adults and returning drivers. You may submit an enrollment request and choose available lesson times. Tell us about your experience and the skills you want to work on.

What are the driving lesson package prices?

1 lesson / 2 hours: $195. 3 lessons / 6 hours: $540. 5 lessons / 10 hours: $900. 10 lessons / 20 hours: $1,800. DMV test vehicle package: $285.

What if the student is under 18?

The enrollment form requires a parent or guardian’s contact details and signature for students under 18. Contact the school to confirm the documents needed before the first lesson.

Where do I access my online course?

Use the Online Driver’s Ed, Traffic School or DMV practice-test sign-up and student-login links on the homepage. For behind-the-wheel lessons, use the Academy enrollment form.

Can I visit your office?

Yes, by appointment. We are at 18031 Irvine Blvd, Suite 104, Tustin, CA 92780. Please call (844) 633-5353 before visiting.

What if my instructor is delayed?

Our instructors make every effort to arrive on time. However, because lessons take place on public roads, an instructor may arrive up to 15–30 minutes late due to traffic or other legitimate circumstances beyond their control. Such delays do not constitute a cancellation and are not grounds for a refund. If a delay occurs, the full scheduled lesson time will still be provided. If the instructor is unable to attend, we will offer an alternate date and time to accommodate the student at no additional charge.

If the school cancels a lesson because of weather, a vehicle issue, instructor illness or another school-related reason, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional charge and no cancellation penalty will apply to the student.

How do I change an appointment?

Use your appointment-management link, call (844) 633-5353, or email support@allagesdrivingacademy.com. Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Shorter notice or a missed pickup carries a $50 fee, with an emergency exception at the school’s discretion. For driving lessons, the lesson credit remains available; we do not also deduct the lesson. For student-cancelled DMV packages, the remaining prepaid amount may be refunded or applied to a replacement appointment. Different terms apply when DMV cancels after arrival or required documents are missing. See our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
