Privacy Policy
Updated October 18, 2026 · Website and services
This Privacy Policy explains how Ace Behind the Wheel LLC, DBA All Ages Driving Academy, collects, uses and protects personal information through allagesdrivingacademy.com and its driving-lesson enrollment system.
Personal information we collect
We accept enrollment requests. Submitting an enrollment request does not confirm an appointment or create a payment obligation. If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. The enrollment form collects your full name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, DMV permit or license number, issue date, expiration date, selected package, typed signature and acknowledgment of school policies. For students under 18, we also collect a parent or guardian’s name, telephone number and typed signature. We record the enrollment reference, submission date and time, package price and the policies accepted with the enrollment.
We may record payment status and administrative notes related to your enrollment. Payment-status changes include the staff account and date and time of the change. Permit or license details are collected once during new-student enrollment; existing students do not need to re-enter them to schedule lessons. The enrollment form also collects emergency-contact details and student-provided medical disclosures relevant to driving safety, including applicable conditions and optional medication, allergy or other details. Authorized school administrators review these disclosures for lesson preparation; they are not included in notification emails or Google Calendar events. The form does not collect credit-card details or permit images.
Website and device information
Our website and hosting service may process technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP addresses in server logs, browser information and cookies used for login or website functionality. The enrollment system uses a temporary protected representation of an IP address to help limit repeated submissions; it does not save the raw IP address in the enrollment record.
Why we use your information
We use personal information to process enrollment, review permit or license details for lesson preparation, provide driving instruction, communicate with students and guardians, coordinate scheduling, record acknowledgments and payment status, prevent misuse, and respond to service and recordkeeping questions.
You may browse public pages without completing enrollment. If you choose not to provide information required for enrollment, we may be unable to process your registration. Driving-lesson enrollment does not automatically reserve a lesson time or charge a payment card.
Storage and access
Enrollment records are stored in the Academy website’s database. Enrollment-management screens are restricted to administrator accounts. Authorized hosting, database or backup personnel may also have access as needed to maintain the service. The enrollment system does not automatically export records to Google Sheets. When notifications are enabled, Hostinger’s email service processes a school alert and a student confirmation containing the enrollment reference, package, price and scheduling information. The school alert includes a private administrator link. Permit or license numbers and their issue and expiration dates, dates of birth, phone numbers, signatures and the signed policy text are not included in these notification emails. Email service providers process recipient addresses and message contents to deliver them.
Booking and scheduling privacy
We collect appointment dates and times, selected services, pickup and agreed drop-off information, booking references, and appointment changes to arrange and provide your services.
Authorized school staff use this information to manage appointments. When Google Calendar synchronization is enabled, appointment details—including the student’s name, contact information, service, pickup location and booking reference—may be sent to the school’s connected Google Calendar. DMV permit or license numbers, dates of birth, and signed enrollment agreements are not included in calendar events.
Email providers process recipient addresses and message contents to deliver verification codes, confirmations, reminders, and appointment updates. When SMS notifications are enabled, students or parents/guardians who voluntarily opt in may receive driving lesson confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling or cancellation updates from All Ages Driving Academy. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase lessons. We do not send marketing texts through this program.
We use messaging service providers, including Twilio, to process phone numbers and message contents for delivery. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or transferred to another business for its messaging.
You may withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP. For assistance, contact support@allagesdrivingacademy.com or call (844) 633-5353.
Private appointment-management and agreement-access links should not be shared with others. Contact support@allagesdrivingacademy.com to request assistance with your information.
Links and online services
Our website includes links for online courses, student login and appointment scheduling. When you use a linked website, review the privacy notice applicable to that service to understand how information entered there is handled. We do not control the privacy practices of websites operated by other organizations. Some course links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.
Service providers and linked websites
Website hosting, email delivery, security and backup providers may process information to operate these services. Booking on our website is covered by this policy. Google Calendar synchronization is described above. External appointment and online-course services have their own privacy notices. Course providers may recognize an affiliate referral when you follow our links. Information you submit on those services is handled under their notices.
Cookies and browser privacy signals
WordPress and site services may use cookies for sessions, security and functionality. You can manage cookies in your browser. The Academy pages do not implement a separate response to legacy browser Do Not Track signals. Linked course and scheduling services may have their own cookie and tracking practices; review their notices and controls before using them.
Students under 18
A parent or guardian’s contact information and signature are required for students under 18. Parents and guardians can contact us with questions about a minor’s enrollment information.
Information security
We use access restrictions and other reasonable safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No website, electronic storage system or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
Legal disclosures
We may disclose information when required by law or in response to valid legal process. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or misuse, protect the rights or safety of students or others, or respond to lawful government requests.
Your privacy requests
You may contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Available rights and our response may depend on applicable law and recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices and required information
You can choose not to submit an enrollment form. Required fields are marked on the form. Contact us if you are unsure why information is requested or need help correcting an enrollment record. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect login or other website functions.
Retention of information
Requests to delete information are reviewed alongside any recordkeeping obligations and unresolved service or payment matters. Information in backups may follow a different deletion schedule from active records. The enrollment software has no automatic record-expiration schedule: records remain until an authorized administrator removes them. Contact us about a record or deletion request. Backup copies and email messages are managed separately, and deleting an enrollment record does not automatically delete those copies.
Additional privacy rights
Depending on the privacy laws that apply to you and to our services, you may also have rights to request a portable copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to ask about a request. This policy does not state that every listed right applies in every situation.
